Note: The information here in is believed to be accurate, but it if is not, we'd love to add corrections.
Nothing forbids these devices working with the Linux WiMAX stack, other than someone having to write the drivers.
Type: at which level the device's interface operates; currently the following are known:
NAP: The device exposes WiMAX Network Access Providers (base stations). Host software has to map them to WiMAX NSPs (Network Service Providers, the ISP).
NSP: The device exposes WiMAX Network Service Providers, without allowing to choose individual base stations.
