These three patches apply to the ISC DHCP 3.0.6, 3.1.0, 3.1.1 and 4.1.0 source releases, available at http://www.isc.org/index.pl?/sw/dhcp/.

Patches #1 & #2 are needed to allow the DHCP core to recognize devices that use no hardware-specific header to function. They refer to the hw type ARPHRD_PUREIP, which was approved by IANA and published here.

Patch #3 is needed only for older (<1.2) WiMAX driver distributions to work. Newer releases (post 1.3) won't need this patch.
